Transportation

As your County Commissioner I have fought to take the politics out of roads and make decisions based on taxpayer need not consultant or developer interests. As your County Commissioner, I will continue to fight for local ownership of toll roads and ensure that all available tax dollars are efficiently utilized for road improvements.



Public Safety

As your County Commissioner I understand that the safety of our families is a top priority. Urban sprawl is changing our communities and the demand for Public Safety services. Precinct One is one of the fastest developing areas in Denton County, due in large part to the use of Special Tax Districts by developers. The County Commissioners Court is the final gatekeeper between the taxpayer and developer. As your County Commissioner I will ensure that taxpayers receive the police, fire and emergency services their families deserve.



Taxes

As your County Commissioner I will continue the fight for responsible county spending and advocate for the right kind of development in Precinct One that will keep our county taxes as low as possible and help develop our infrastructure.
